Attorney Macdonald actually treats you like a human being, yet maintains the edge/coldness you want and need from an Attorney. Trust me, you dont want an attorney that is a sweetheart. You want a shark. This man finds that happy medium and moves forward. He says what he will do and then does it. I'm a Veteran full Service Connected disability, Service Animal, Brain Injury PTSD Combat Wounded and soon as these people found out I was in Active Recovery Fresh out psych Ward I was given every excuse why this case would fail. I had months of clean time over a 1 day slip (12 months clean & slipped) and I was judged for having made a mistake. After answering a ton of questions from whom I assume is his assistant, he called me & was extremely rude from the 1st words out of his mouth. After all of the questions asked, I assumed a little bit of empathy would have been shown, but not by him. He told me what I've done wrong & if I could file an appeal, then call him back. Regardless of if I did or did not get the appeal, I would never call him back or pay him for services. He should sit & think about how he treats people that are reaching out to him for help.
