Zero communication and below average effort all around. All they care about is your money
Assisted my family with settling our mother’s estate. While advice was good, service was not always good. A lot of following-up was required to keep the process moving along.
Service provided is really bad I made contact 4 times over four weeks asking to be contacted in relation to a estate. But I know no what people are complaining about. I will be contacting the Law commission to file complaint with them.
