I was refused for a fingerprinting appointment for not having my "ORI number" printed out or able to fill out on their physical form immediately, despite having filled out their intake form online. I asked for Wifi access to look up the organization's ORI number, and was told that the wifi was private; they would neither look up the ORI number themselves (it's a large, common org) nor allow me wifi access to look it up.
