Macclenny Nursing and Rehab center took outstanding care of my wife as she recovered from hip surgery. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable as she completed her rehab. The activities for the residents are wonderful and it is truly a family environment. My wife is now home and I would absolutely recommend this facility for anyone who needs short term or long term care. Thank you to all of the staff at Macclenny!

I'm writing this review on my grandmothers behalf. She wanted to thank all of the staff that helped her get well and says they were all very kind, knowledgeable and patient with her and she really appreciated it. Thank you so much! 10/10 would recommend.

My dad was in there for several weeks for rehab...We got excellent care and Bruce with PT and Vanessa with OT were absolutely fantastic...The cleanliness was good,and the food was also good..The CNA's were good, and the Nurses were amazing..Mrs Holly was absolutely amazing and the PT mgr helped me so much getting everything set up and rolling..Mrs Holly went above and beyond helping me..I can't remember all the names, but absolutely everyone was fantastic...Setting appointments and anything we needed they made it happen..THA... read more
