Really disappointed with my overall experience. We had filed for 2023 and we couldn’t file for other years until we got some docs back. We had requested for the 2025 extension be filed because we had made SEVERAL appointments before the file deadline had approached. Come to find out, this was not done. Now I will be stuck having to pay those penalties or have to file some other paper asking for a wave of those fees.
