Since Macatawa Bank's merger with Wintrust I have been unhappy with their "services", particularly automatic bill pay. It no longer works, requiring me to log in to manually pay every bill, where with Macatawa it was seamless. They would receive the monthly bills and pay them automatically up to a limit I could set. Now they have become incapable of providing this service. They can't receive some of my ebills, or if they can receive them, they can't pay them automatically. Since Wintrust merger ebills no longer works. Called customer service, clueless about the problem, suggesting I don't know my log in for the business(even though I can log in) And customer svc will "call back" then do not call back and months later, it's still an issue. I can do recurring bill pay for a set amount, then adjust the amount but UNIMPRESSED by the merger transition, not correcting ebills, and not following through with call backs.
