It is fantastic for me to have Dan Brown and his Team in my corner, always happy to help me in my money matters. There are so many bank-choices, and Macatawa Bank stands out as customer focused. Dan Brown has been a fantastic help the last few years. Good location and always nice tellers.

Ever since Bev left, this location has not been the same. The management doesn't like their job (which Dan openly admitted to while setting up a new account for me in his office), so it shows and this location is just as bad as the Cascade branch.
