Simply put, Joanne Graham is the most amazing therapist I have ever had. In just over 4 months of sessions, I have gone from having quite high anxiety, to pretty much none. I feel like a revamped version of me... the version I was always meant to be. And now I have the recordings to listen to whenever I want. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing help with anxiety or depression.
