This is my second time visiting Mac Wireless on Hempstead Turnpike, and they’ve been great both times! My son has a habit of damaging his electronics — first his iPad needed a new screen a few months ago, and now his Tracfone Motorola wouldn’t charge. They offered a very reasonable price to order the part it needed and said it would take about a week. Typical scammer. He tried to tell me almost 230 dollars for a non apple authorized back screen replacement for 16 pro max. And proceed to make up BS abt some middle peice that could be broken and if it is it could be more. When I’ve seen a video of someone replacing it super easy just take back glass off and put the new glass on. Apple made it way easier for that replacement. He was trying to make it seem ask it was a super sophisticated process. SMH man do better stop trying to scam people.
