Great job by the guys, they are a friendly team. Neat and tidy work. Slight delay with materials, but very happy with the finished product. Also got some great feedback from the neighbors'.
Initially fantastic service; came out to survey and sent a reasonable quote. However, Charlie then failed to return calls. When I manage to make contact with him, he failed to turn up.. twice. Have ultimately decided to take our business elsewhere as he has proven the company to be unreliable. The one star is for Craig and Sandra on the phones who have been nothing but helpful on the many occasions I have spoken to them.. chasing Charlie. Disappointing, unprofessional, save yourself the time and move onto the next company.
Mac Systems recommended, designed and installed a completely new automatic gate system for me including a facial recognition intercom/entry system. I am happy with the solution they proposed and the final product – it was good quality and looks great. Particular thanks to Charlie, Lawrence and all the install team, who were professional, hard-working, respectful and genuinely nice people to have around our home.
Lawrence and the team are top professionals and installed our gates expertly. I provided the gates, which probably made the job harder, but even though it was a custom job they installed them exactly the way we wanted. They kept coming back until the job was perfect. I’d use them again in a heartbeat.
