I visited MAC physical therapy in Hayden because I had an IT band issue that was interfering with my running. I worked with Serena for a few Weeks. She was a pleasure to work with, always professional and very nice. She was great a targeting the root issue! I’ve finished My PT plan a few weeks ago and have been doing the home exercises. Happy to say I have been able to get back into my running without any pain:)
