AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I went to get my mac book looked at to find various prices in the area. Only for it to be returned in an even worse condition. The rubber around the screen had been torn away. Screws missing, buttons not working and when I finally took the mac book to an Apple Store they were frankly mortified with the state it was left in. What was a £500 repair (as I took it to a certified Apple Store in Guildford before, then to an official Apple Store after in Reading) turned into £800 repair just to fix what they bro... read more
Went into the store, was a really nice guy tbf and set me up with a new screen. Take it home after two days it stoped working, I work alot so have tried to communicate over email to no reply. Not great annoying because he was a good man.
I have been using this shop for 2 years and for the last couple of weeks I am getting faulty vapes. I opened one in front of the shop owner and got burning flavour. The owner said it's no his fault as it's third party. So if I don't receive a good customer service as a regular customer. Why would I not buy from ebay for half price. Don't recommend
My second time using these guys for a MacBook battery change - Their service is professional and priced fairly - Will use Mac & Phones again in the future for any of my Apple products - A***
