Where do I start? Let me tell you, the customer service I received was nothing short of wonderful. I realized I received an incorrect order, during my delivery (8/22/24). I immediately contacted customer service (via email and phone). The first couple of calls went unanswered (could be due to the time of day), and I left a voicemail. It’s annoying that they are literally the only people who can repair sekonic gear . They flatout don’t pick up the phone . Nobody answers their phones and it’s insane how they don’t actually send you an email for tracking after an order is complete . Going forward if I ever break another light meter I’ll just buy another one . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . I don’t care if the owner responds and ask let’s rectify this via email . I don’t care at this point
