Very disorganized and unprofessional office manager. I went into the office, as a military dependent, gave my patient ID card, with patient number on it. I was told I owe nothing & that it was covered by Tricare. 1 month later, today, I was informed that I actually owe $100. The Military Optometrist treating military dependents like that. Switched from St. Michaels.....Dr. Zippi has integrity and is a great communicator.
Dr Zippi saved my daughter’s eyesight by noticing a severe issue during a routine exam. He personally made sure we found a surgeon to provide immediate care even during a holiday weekend. He is a very thorough professional and we can’t recommend him enough
I do not recommend to put prescription on in this place. I just purchased a BRAND NEW frame and took it to this place to put prescription on it. It was so weird that took over the two weeks as stated and repetitive time I called to verify my order. Never got a call back. Until finally they decided to call me to get my glasses back, guess what: THE FRAME was broken! They broke my brand new frame I haven’t even used!! Never used! Brand new in excellent condition. We were customers at this location since 2016 and did not have any issues before . This year, I had to reschedule many times, always giving the office manager a call in advance. Due to my ever changing work schedule and limited appointment availability, rescheduling was not easy to do, but the front desk lady always found an alternative. Being a healthcare professional myself and knowing how challenging it is to manage a medical office, I was very thankful for her understanding and patience!
