I’m very pleased that Bayliner chose to use the Mabru DC air conditioner system in our Bayliner Trophy 25EX! We unfortunately had some issues from the Bayliner factory’s installation (a missing fuse, plus reversed polarity on the water pump), but rather than dealing with my boat dealer or Bayliner directly, I tried reaching out to Mabru. Mabru’s 12 volt DC Air conditioning system is one of the best improvements we’ve made on our sailboat. Being able to enjoy AC on a hot night without depending on generator is a game changer. The AC is very power efficient. The system is easy to install and the folks at Mabru are knowledgeable and readily available for customer support.
Erin at Mabru has been wonderful to work with. I needed to get my order to a freight forwarding service and she helped me sort some complications I faced with multiple addresses required in record time. What amazing customer service!! Really looking forward to installing their products, we have only heard great things.
I want to reach out to Mabru and Thank them for there services. They did an Awesome job with helping me thru my RV Roof top A/C 12 volt system. I can not thank them enough. They worked with me so I could give them the info They Needed to help me. They mailed the part that said it should be based on the info and guess what. It fixed my issue !!!!!!
