Customer service is not so good. I’ve been calling for 2 weeks, tried several branches in the Tulsa and Glenpool area, and most of the time no one answers the phone. Once I get through, I get transferred to extensions that the auto service doesn’t recognize and the call ends. Or, I end up leaving a voicemail on someone’s extension and never receive a call back. Very frustrating.
Not sure how you can cash a check instantly but it takes two days to be deposited when you deposit it? Terrible bank I’ll be switching in the morning
