The customer service from Mabe is shockingly bad. We purchased a new stove from Best Buy, and it blew as soon as it was connected to power. The warranty paid for a replacement part, but the service provider wasn’t able to come for a few weeks. Eventually, another stove was delivered, but it was full of damage. After repeated complaints, another stove was delivered. Overall, the saga lasted from early September until the end of December. Totally unacceptable. I own one of your "premium" convection range/oven with touchscreen controls. It is an understatement to say that it is a terrible product, more akin to a bug-ridden prototype. The after sales service is as bad.

Service médiocre surtout avec le service à la clientèle. Mise en demeure en processus. Nous auront plus de produit GE dans notre maison à l avenir.

We purchased a GE Dishwasher a year ago, 2 days before the warranty expired we left it on delay to run overnight and there was a major failure where the water never ran and the heater remained on. It got so hot that it melted our Tupperware to the point it was dripping out of the dish racks and (I will post pictures) smoke was throughout the house.
