Fyi, the M&C Law office is rather difficult to access (now that downtown road construction is complete, intro'ing a large center-meridian to the avenue), unless travelling north on Centre Avenue, enabling an easy double (x2) right turns into the parking lot (east side of bldg) ... And, duly note as well, the office's main front door faces west, the opposite direction of the building parking lot.
