I’ve been working at Mass Logistics since August 2024. I’m coming up on a year and I’m happy to be working here. I make good money, rarely sit and if I do it’s no more than a day. I run long miles and have flexibility to work as much as I want or go 14 days out and take 2-4 days off. The owner is professional and pays me on time. I get paid for retention, layovers and extra stops. If I need to get home for personal reasons, I get home when I need to. Drivers beware! Owner TAKES $250 a week from you until you have a $1500 deposit established with him, he says it’s an equipment deposit. When you leave, HE DOESN’T want to return it! Three months before this guy finally returned my money! Don’t have someone run into the equipment either, because he takes your salary for damages instead of calling the insurance company., I WASN’T at FAULT. Its called an accident for a reason, I don't disagree. That's common knowledge. I questioning your integrity & honesty. I will be posting some of our text messages. Just so you know I'm not disgruntled & you're not honest. Hopefully you don't treat the vendors, customer or broker with the same dishonesty.

I'm still waiting for my reimbursement for hotel & car rental the owner verbally said I would receive first by mail, then deposited into my account on 2 separate accusations. Is this how he treats his customers, vendors or brokers? Company refuse to get me mailing address for employment (EDD) purposes.
