From the beginning, this man was rude and arrogant. When we asked him questions, he seemed annoyed that we didn't understand. This was on the first appointment. On the second appointment, we asked him some questions, and he dismissed us, saying his secretary would answer them. We finished the process, and he said there were no more questions, that we would figure everything out along the way.
