When working with M&VL on my tax return, I submitted an extension and prepaid some of my estimated tax. M&VL suggested $2500 prepay. I opted to send $3000 and I emailed them the amount of taxes that I prepaid. When completing the filing they defaulted to their own recommendation, $2500. My fault, I didn’t catch it in my review before filing, but the info was right there in the email. The bigger issue, when I contacted them and asked to file an amendment to get the $500 back, they ignored me.
Highly recommend this CPA firm that gets it. Excellent tax work and small business advisors. They explain complex tax problems in layman's terms, personalized service!
