Great workmanship, terrible follow up. We have been waiting since April to have the looking handles replaced with shorter ones. We can't lock the window. We got one call back to let us know they will be sending someone in the next few days, it has been 2 months since!
Took 3 months to get windows promised in three weeks. Very fast to grab a deposit and then very very hard to get them to call back. Constantly had to chase these guys and really started to believe I was getting ripped off. Finally after numerous times asking for my money back the windows just happened to show up. I would not recommend using this company
