Can't say enough good things! The staff are all super friendly, super helpful, and knowledgeable. I would have even paid for the advice I received about my project. I'm an amateur (at best) woodworker and for my project M2 was a great way to source some great wood that wasn't 2x4's and also wasn't me trying to figure it out alone with no help at some industrial yard where they just point to stacks of wood.
