I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received. I plan to share my feedback widely. It appears that the entire staff could use some additional training in customer service and engagement. I recommend checking out Tom Gradys or In House Monograms instead.

My partner and I went into M1 Workwear and Safety yesterday. The service we received was above and beyond expectations. The lady who fitted my partner for the work boots really knew what she was talking about and asked lots of questions to make sure that she got my partner the best work boots.
