My partner and I went into M1 Gympie recently, as he needed a new pair of workboots. The service was exceptional. Ben's product knowledge was impressive. Just brought a pair of boots from M1 and the customer service was above and beyond!! Ben was awesome and knew his stuff especially boots. Had the right advice and an honest opinion through experiance. He’s worth more money!! I will be back!!
I was quite disappointed with the customer service I received. I plan to share my feedback widely. It appears that the entire staff could use some additional training in customer service and engagement. I recommend checking out Tom Gradys or In House Monograms instead.
