I have been going there for a few years but these last 3-4 yrs they have become very unorganized. I filed my taxes and i asked martha (the owner) when she will be sending them and she said we send them as soon as you pay us, but thats a lie they DO NOT send them right away. Submitted my W-2 so they would prepare my tax returns. This was over two months ago. As of today, I have not received anything . They never bother to call to tell me the paper work would be delayed or that they received it. I have called several times, talked to several people including the owner, Martha but they give me excuse after excuse. They promised to have mailed them or they will mail them but nothing.
