Got a letter from this company after a minor accident, their mission “big cash settlements” and warnings not to talk to our insurance company first. This kind of fear-based marketing is exactly why insurance costs are out of control. Not every fender bender needs to turn into a lawsuit. Maybe focus on helping people—not encouraging them to sue each other.
Excellent experience from start to finish.
Mr. Jerushalmy deducted injustified charges from the pay out. If I am suing is to benefit me rather than the lawyer. I rather live with the pain than go thru the painstaking waste of time of services to benefit a lawyer and a zillion of doctors. and the PIP has a 1400 deductible too which is never desclosed before the contract
I want to thank M Weiss & Associates for helping me reestablish life. I suffered a car accident in 2012, I lost wages, and time off from work. M Weiss made sure I was taken care of from start to finish! I recommend this practice to everyone!
