Excellent experience. Mitch is a very friendly and laid back guy. He repaired a speedometer cluster for me and had it done in a day. He was also very flexible to work with my schedule.
Burned circuit board ,Bad solders, Blown leds , SMOKE, FIRE !!!!!! IN THE FIRST 2 MINS OF INSTALL 1st time plugging my cluster in, no leds came on. I tapped the cluster and they started working for a sec. Then the cluster blew some bulbs and started to SMOKE!!! Bad customer service I'M STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE ABOUT THIS ISSUE. My buddy at Fitz Cluster Repair llc took great care of me. He fixed everything and sum. He also told there were traces of a Fire.
We took the gauge cluster from my 2004 Chevy 2500HD to get rebuilt. Symptoms: gauges moving at random times. Fuel guage not accurate. Temp gauge was reading hot. Oil pressure not working. Speedo and tach not working. Cluster would reboot while driving. And battery would die if the truck would sit for more than a day. Mitch went above and beyond to get my problematic gauge cluster issues figured out, fixed, and better than new with an led bulb upgrade. Also repaired my hvac control unit and replaced the bulbs. It was a good experience working with him and I’m very satisfied with the end result
