They scheduled he for an appointment I did not make. To their convenience they sent me a message 2 days before the appointment without the ability to cancel through text and on weekend and holiday so that I can’t cancel through phone either. I left them a cancellation voicemail so they don’t charge me a fee I didn’t authorize.
