She is one of the most respectful people I have ever seen. Regardless of managing our immigration process to Canada (starting the Syria's war and multiple cancelation of our interview she always kept us informed), as a person, she is a mentor to guide and push people to persuade their wishes. Last year this time (July 2018), we did not have any idea about the possibility of immigrating to Canada mainly because we had not thought about it carefully and our ages (my wife 37 and me 41) would not help us apply for Express Entry.
