Got 3 years of my taxes done here and received every single one of my returns! Great pricing and was even given a discount for my sister! Maria is very direct and dedicated, she answered all of my questions even the repetitive ones and never made me feel like a bother! Mia is also very sweet and attentive, she answered any questions my sister had and even guided her through the process as it was her first time filing with her! We’ve both since received our refunds and am happy with the service we received!! 5/5!!!
I been try to get a hold of Maria regarding our 2024 taxes, NO Call back NO Nothing!! She doesn’t care about her customers. We Didn’t received our 2024 refund and Maria didn’t even bother to help us out and figure out what happened. When I tried calling the IRS they tell me they don’t know why it’s on hold that maybe the person (Maria) that filed our taxes put a number wrong or claim a credit that shouldn’t have been claimed. I’d like to apologize for my earlier comment, as it was written out of frustration. I contacted this business because it was recommended to me and I had a few questions as a first-time filer. Unfortunately, my experience over the phone was disappointing. The receptionist was unhelpful and came across as rude, which made me uncomfortable moving forward.
