I got a call from my bank asking why I hadn't paid my monthly mortgage on a property I sold 1 month ealrier. Jossee Guindon didn't provide the bank with the documents advising them of the sale of the property. I wouldn't recommend using their services.

We had a horrible experience with the notary Ms. Josie Guidon. Her behaviour was so stunningly unprofessional and unethical!!! She only gave us the last page to sign. When we asked for the whole document, she got frustrated and threw us the document. We then asked a few questions, she got bad and refused to complete the whole signing process, left, went into her office and shut the door! We was shocked to see this drama!
