I booked my appointment over a week in advance and rearranged my work schedule to make it on time. On the day of the appointment, I received a call just two and a half hours beforehand. Nabil left a voicemail asking if I had any questions before my 5 PM appointment. I returned the call 15 minutes later (as I was at work) and began explaining my situation, but he quickly cut me off, saying he was “in the middle of something” and would call me back. I can’t thank this man enough. Very professional, very understanding and works with you all while teaching you about his game plan for your taxes.
