Still in AWE how the entire process went . I basically didn’t do a thing and the car was already in my possession. Felix handled everything as smoothly as in can be. Beyond exceptional service from beginning to end and still checks up on it . Cannot say enough superlatives to describe the entire process . His knowledge allowed me to acquire what exactly I needed , I couldn’t be any happier and KUDOS to Felix . Again , i am in the clouds with his dedication and specially this being my first lease. Thank You
