I went here this afternoon to get my daughter a hamster. One salesgirl was sweet and helpful and we decided to get the one she recommended. We were checking out and I casually asked if the hamster we were buying was a girl or boy. Wish I could give this place a 0 star rating, but unfortunately I have to give it a 1-star. HORRIBLE customer service. My husband and I went in on a Saturday looking to buy a cockatiel. They only had one cockatiel. I asked the girl if the bird was hand-tamed and she very rudely said, "Um, no. We don't have time to hand tame birds, that's your responsibility. they have very pour customer service . i did not appreciate the way they spoke to me .. i ave visited the store and have done plenty of with them .. and i do not appreciate the way i or any one else was treated

I went to this store to buy some fish and I did not receive any service or greeting the whole 20 mins I was there. Another gentle man came in about 10 mins after me and he was greeted and offered service. This place is horrible, unprofessional and rude. This is the second time I went to this place and I thought maybe it was just me the first time, but after my second trip I knew it was the unprofessional employees. This took place 3 Jan 10 @ 2:00 pm.

I went to this pet shop to get a Robo Hamster. I am looking to breed them. The associates did not know the ages of the rodents, they weren't sexed (separated by gender) and were not "allowed" to tell me where they got them from.... In other words, any female there you buy there is most likely already preggo since they don't separate sexes (they ovulate every 4 days), I can't prevent inbreeding and the female will of most likely been inbred. Great shop! This little pet shop has so many great pets and supplies. the workers are very friendly and are willing to assist you with all of your questions and give you the best advice that is needed in the care of your new or existing pet! The supplies they stock are great & we don't need to go anywhere else for anything! Great items at a great price ! Thank you!
