THANK YOU M&M! You really made my best friend's bachelorette party a great success! I truly regret not getting the name of our driver, as I wish to apologize to him for the 13 drunk, loud girls he toted around on Saturday night. Our driver was on time, professional, courteous and so helpful. We had a pick up and drop off service, and we changed out pick up time to an hour earlier and he was there right away!
Got a surprise day out with the girls and we had an EXCELLENT time! This company knows what they're doing. Sergii picked us up and was prompt, courteous and professional. I do not have one complaint about our limo (very clean) or our driver who was extremely helpful and so much fun!
I've used M and M many times and never had a problem. They have the best and newest vehicles, plus knowledgeable and polite drivers, not to mention the cheapest prices in town. Don't go by their website quotes, rather call them directly and you'll save a ton of money! Tell 'em Tim sent ya!
If you want to get yelled at by your limo driver. Driven around the West side of Chicago in one of the worst neighborhoods and have your life put at danger. Cause we all know the west side of Chicago is the best place to get stranded at 3:00am. Go with this company cause then you will get to experience ruining your bacheloret party. Very poor customer service. They didn't seem to know how to answer my questions at all. I was passed around to too many people. What was supposed to be a very simple process, turned out to be a nightmare. After my client walked in to view there bus, he was disgusted on it's appearance. Don't waste your time or money on this company! OVERPRICED & UNDER MANAGED!
