I hate to provide terrible reviews, but people should be aware of the lack of professionalism. I was fortunate to speak with Mark 1 time and that was to send him some tax information for him to review. He promised his office would send a confirmation once it was received. Days later I needed to call back to see if the information had been received. It was, but they never confirmed receipt as promised.
