Initially when hired was very responsive and was doing a good job. Now for several months have not had a response to my email, phone calls, and messages through website. When I call I get his secretary’s message saying they will get back with me. Very disappointed and upset. Their are issues that **** needs to resolve and I don’t know what to do. I do not want to hire another lawyer to get this estate closed.
I employed **** to handle my mother's estate. I live in ******* but she died in ********* without a will. He was professional and responsive in the early stages, but failed to show up to court hearings. He never filed the appraisal of my mother's possessions with the court. Next week there will be a hearing about whether to remove me as a representative of the estate. Karl does not follow up on things he says he will do. Makes mistakes and does nothing to correct them. Refuses to return phone calls, emails or messages. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND HIM. Still trying to get things straightened out. Been over 6 months and still no resolution do to his failure to do what he is supposed to do.
