I spoke with the owner on the phone. We dropped a new chair on the ground and tore the fabric. He was so nice on the phone and walked me through what I needed to request of the furniture store. I'm hopeful I can get some fabric so they can repair the chair. Although they haven't actually done work for me - quick to answer the phone - I liked the interaction.
I had a chair reupholstered at M and M Upholstery. OMG, the workmanship, incredible, the price, very fair and such friendly people. I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was!!!
