Tried to return a recliner after only having 2 weeks as extremely uncomfortable and noisy reclining mechanical parts and i received a used floor model not a New one that i payed for.They said im out of luck unless i wanted to exchange for something completely different with a restocking fee. $1,299 out of pocket! DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE I recommend!
M Jacob’s Fine Furniture of Bend ,I would not recommend going there. They said they had the furniture sets in stock come to find out they didn’t then offered us the floor model which we have been trying to get delivered, due to their system being down when we made the purchase they should’ve never offered to do anything until their system came up ,now we’re sitting on the floor and the sales person didn’t even try to save sale !
Drew provided a great shopping experience, and helped me get this lovely reclining leather chair with footstool.
Excellent selection, and great prices. Drew helped me out and he was extremely knowledgeable.
