We previously bought two chairs at this store with no problems. This time around we bought two recliners and a sofa that were all delivered broken and/or defective. We went back to the store which does not offer refunds, and purchased upgraded furniture. This time we bought a sofa and loveseat. The loveseat was defective and, rather than replace it the store repaired it. Let me tell you, that was quite a process. I love my new sectional. M Jacobs satisfied every request I made, bent over backwards to deliver a quality product. Lindy was especially patient with me.
The staff were very friendly, building has obvious weathering. The price seems high for the exterior building condition.
There is no free freight... It's rolled into the price. Very deceptive
