This review is for Big Boy Movers who are MJacobs 3rd party movers. DeAndre and his side kick brought 2 loads of furniture to us on 2 separate days and went above and beyond to make us happy as the bedroom manufacturer didn't send the frame kit we bought. Great jobs guys. MJacobs need better communications between sales and others that answer phone.
Cliff was amazing with customer service and putting together a set of furniture to fit my space.
If I could put a negative star I certainly would. I have never been treated so poorly in all my life. In November we made a purchase, when delivered all 3 pieces were damaged. We went back to the store to purchase a different set. In next delivery we received one of the seats springs was damaged. At this point the manager would no longer talk to us and put us through to others in the store. After that a chair on our original purchase was not credited back to our account.
