I needed a Cisco ASA 5525-x firewall urgently in the wee hours of the night. Just that simple: place an order on their web site and it arrived the next morning as advertised. They even got the little things right: sent an invoice immediately, and provided real-time tracking. I had a couple of questions when the unit arrived, and I called for support. In less than a minute I was speaking with a technically competent HUMAN(!!!) who spoke my language. Had a solution in minutes. Just can't ask for more than that.
