They are awesome! In and out in less than 30 minutes, very reasonably priced, get more return money back than with anyone else I have ever used. I will never go anywhere else to get my taxes done.
One of the most horrible experiences I've ever had with a "professional" services company. Long hold times, waiting weeks to never get a return phone call after leaving a voicemail, waiting weeks to get my tax returns back only to find out they don't even know who I am - after refreshing their memory I'm told they can't help me and get hung up on.
