Other MI departments tried to help, but this finance company is one of the worst, if not the worst. · Angelica claimed to call us multiple times but did not. · When we finally connected, I told her if it’s urgent, call my cell or provide me with her cell so we could communicate. · She told us we could email her or call her office, which we were unsuccessful in multiple previous attempts to reach her or connect with her. · I advised her I would not call outside office ... read more
