Seeking a CPA. Stopped in to the office to speak to someone. I was greeted by the owner. She was friendly. Asked about quick books as she is a current and updated on certifications. Preferred service is tax preparation.
I used this service twice. The first year was OK. I did owe money and I paid it. It wasn’t a problem. The second time I’ve used her I ended up owing money again to the IRS which is again fine. I paid over $800 to federal taxes. But I ended up owing about $5,000 more dollars two months later. I ended up getting a letter from the IRS after I had come home from a vacation. I will never use this woman again. I don’t know how she managed to screw up my taxes so bad. Do not use her. Use anyone else.
