Totally professional service. Friendly and accurate, they found out exactly what I needed and tailor designed my aids. They followed up throughout the first few weeks keeping in touch making sure that my Starkey aids were optimum. They guided me through the changing of my cell phone and again a week after I activated my Bluetooth connection. Excellent experience. I was given an appointment for a hearing test for the same morning. Irena was the Hearing Instrument Specialist that saw me. She was patient, non-rushed and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions to the tiniest detail. Gave me some great tips and even followed up an hour later letting me know she had sent the file with results back to my doctor’s office. Before( with hearing aids) -cringing at sharp background noise, and still having to say ‘what?’ Every time someone spoke to me After( with new hearing aids, and in person adjustments) -I can understand everything everyone is saying in a room where the kitchen fan is running. The background noise is not annoying, and I feel like I am not yelling when I speak - thank you MG hearing team! Now I can hear😀 - Ps- I’m only 51- hearing loss is not an old person issue- don’t ignore it!!!
Both Mike and Irina are to notch when it comes to hearing tests and hearing aids. Service is second to none 👍
