After not being able to even speak to someone for almost two weeks I was told I was declined due to having vertigo that I wasn’t a “good fit” for their office. When asking for an explanation as to why I was declined I was given no response. The women who work for this doctor to make an appointment are very rude. I delivered in January 2020. I did not originally choose Heinaman, my main OB in the group dropped me as she was transitioning and I was forced with Heinaman as she was available. Initially she was informative, answered all questions. She does not have a warm bedside manner. I didn't mind, I expected her to deliver my child safely and efficiently not hold my hand. Dr. Hienaman happened to be the doctor on call when I delivered my youngest, 5 years ago. I arrived at the hospital 10cm dilated and ready to push. Dr. Hienaman was incredibly rude during delivery to the point my husband snapped back at her while I was pushing. She then gave me an episiotomy without even telling me before she did it, much less asking for consent! I had my dtr back in 12-15-2000 This Dr. Hienaman was not a very pleasant Dr. she got angry at me cause i moved from another side of town and did not have my medical records from previous Ob-Dr she also threaten me with reporting me to CPS.
