After sales servicing of alarm systems are poor! They will only come to you when they have other service calls in the area according to them in order to keep their transport costs down. I gave them a one month window. Zero focus on customer needs and for a journey of 14 miles from their Barnstaple office is nothing short of poor business judgement. AVOID
