When I previously left a bad review for conveyancing, I received a call threatening to stop providing service to us due to there being a “conflict of interest”. When told I left a bad review due to mdlaw not replying to emails I got the response of “we can’t reply to everyone”. Disappointing that they can’t respond to simple conveyancing emails but are able to find the time to call in response to a bad review. avoid!
