Two years ago, we chartered two M Coach buses for a student trip from Kansas to the Carolinas. On the way home, one bus broke down just 10 miles from the camp, totally inoperable. M Coach failed to provide a safe or timely solution to the crisis. After over 5 hours of delays, dead-end troubleshooting, and silence on their end, the bus was finally towed. At 6:10 PM this evening, your bus driver decided to park in the middle of a major intersection in downtown Austin and obstructed traffic for almost 10 minutes while offloading ~50 people. It was extremely disrespectful and I can guarantee you that multiple people called the police. What a terrible way to advertise your company.
