I called Molly at MC Law with very short notice of a court date that I had, and she jumped into action to help me! I filed my bankruptcy on May 20th and it was completely done by June 16th. Mike her paralegal is super informative, and super nice! Molly explained everything to me, even though I had a very tough situation. She walked me through it and kept in touch the entire time. I highly recommend them.
Paid them to fight a bogus debt but they basically did nothing that I could not have done myself. Not worth it. If a debt collector such as Cavalry is suing you for a credit card bill, file your own motion for discovery to show all details of the account. They will not have it and so will settle for very low or nothing. MC did not tell me about this and so they cost me a lot of money for nothing They have n o advantage that you do not already have.
