Horrible quality of generic medications. Two days of taking my medication under this manufacturer & I’ve had awful side effects when I didn’t have any issues with another manufacturer of the same medication. This company is absolute TRASH.

After being stable on a different manufacturer of Adderall XR, I had a significant negative reaction to this version, including dizziness, cognitive impairment, irritability, headaches, and reduced effectiveness. The difference was immediate and disruptive. Patients should be aware that not all manufacturers are experienced the same way. If something feels off after a switch, consider reporting it through FDA MedWatch so these experiences are documented.
The generic 20 mg Amphetamine Salt ER gold capsules equivalent to the Adderall XR are the worst generics that I have ever tried.
I’m prescribed Adderall XR 30mg and for the past 2 months my pharmacy has given me these and they are not working. My most recent was mixed with another manufacture which worked much better for me. I’ll be sure to ask for a different brand with my next refill.
